What makes this guitar special: This is a super clean Les Paul Special with great tone and playability. The SlimTaper neck is very easy to move around and provides a ton of fretboard real estate to navigate. The pickups sound awesome in all positions and churn out a bunch of P-90 chime, but with a little extra character. The super simple design is easy to dial in and makes for a bit less maintenance.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall, if not better. It has very few marks in it, and what it does have consists of light surface scratches and a few small dings, otherwise it's super clean and looks great. The frets show almost no wear and still have a ton of life left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Double cutaway solid mahogany body in Translucent Yellow finish. Lightning bar wraparound tailpiece. Black top hat knobs.
Neck: One-piece SlimTaper mahogany neck and bound 12" radius rosewood fingerboard with Mother of Pearl dots. 1.795" zero fret brass nut. Vintage-style Grover Deluxe tuning machines.
Electronics: P-90SR pickup in the neck and P-90ST in the bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way pickup selector.
Weight: 7 lbs. 9.5 ounces.
Playability/Sound: The combination of the new wider nut and SlimTaper profile give this guitar a ton of neck real estate to post up on. The pickups have the classic P-90 chime but with a little extra character.
