Taylor's 214ce Plus is an upgraded version of their best-selling 200 series guitar, with a familiar in-hand feel and several upgrades that enhance the classic 214ce sound. This Grand Auditorium features X bracing, an upgrade from the original 214ce, as well as a gloss finish that does a great job showing off the figuring in the guitar's Sitka spruce top. The 214ce Plus's Tropical Mahogany neck features a Taylor Neck joint, and retains the comfortable 1 11/16" nut width of the original, putting those familiar with 200 series Taylors right at home, along with a Venetian cutaway. And with Expression System 2 electronics, every nuance of the guitar's tone is captured when playing plugged-in. The 214ce Plus also includes an upgraded Aerocase for safe keeping.
