The Enzo Multi-Voice Instrument Synthesizer features four main synth modes. When set to Mono, it delivers a classic sound that's perfect for bringing a new dimension to lead lines, bends, and vibrato. Activate Poly mode, and your chords will jump to life with dramatic swells and rich textures. Meanwhile, the Arp setting transforms your guitar into a full-fledged arpeggiator with tons of dimension. If you want to bypass the synth circuit entirely, set the pedal to Dry, and you'll engage a pitch-shifter instead.
Once you've found a mode you love, you can fine-tune your sound with scalpel-like precision. The Pitch knob adjusts the pitch of the synth signal in semitones, and it covers a full 4-octave range - that's 2 below and 2 above. On the other hand, the Sustain control extends the length of the synth note, reaching infinite sustain when fully cranked. The Modulation control detunes the two oscillators that form each voice, offering everything from a subtle tonal enhancement to wild, chaotic modulation.
The Meris Enzo also includes a comprehensive filtering section with six different filter types and two filter topologies: Ladder and State Variable. Each topology offers low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass settings, along with a variable center frequency bandwidth.
That's not where the fun ends, though - the Meris Enzo features a two-tap delay line with adjustable time, feedback, and level settings. This lets players create unique rhythmic textures within their synth settings for maximum creative expression. And, just for fun, Meris threw a ring modulator into the equation, too.
