This LP’s Burstbucker pickups churn out the sweet, bluesy tone of a vintage Gibson, and are loaded with Alnico V magnets and orange drop capacitors for the highest possible sonic quality. The slim taper '60s mahogany neck allows for fast-playing and a thinner profile than its '50s counterpart, and the non weight-relieved body gives the body a weighty feel with loads of and resonance and sustain. Plus, the AA figured maple top, acrylic trapezoid inlays, and period correct hardware ensure a time-honored and eye-catching aesthetic. All in all, this Les Paul is a fantastic Gibson that does a great job paying tribute to the originals.
