Thanks to its carved neck joint and sleek ribcage contour, it sits snug against your body without that uncomfortable digging sensation. Shoulder strain is also a thing of the past with this guitar - thanks to its weight-relieved mahogany and carved maple top, it's impressively light. And, riffing on this Les Paul is an absolute joy, courtesy of its contoured neck heel and joint that gives easy access to all 22 frets.
Powering this guitar is a set of 496R and 498T pickups that have an impressive array of sounds on tap. While these humbuckers can easily channel that iconic humbucker warmth, they shine when churning out a hot snarling tone. If you need a little extra flexibility, don't worry - a push-pull switch on the treble tone knob engages a coil-split for even more sonic exploration.
