At the Marine Layer's core is an all-original circuit with three different kinds of reverb - Hall, Room, and Special - allowing users to create a vast array of sonic textures. Flip the switch to the Hall setting and crank the Reverb Time knob, and your guitar will sing out with near-infinite sustain. Engage the Room mode and dime back the Reverb Time and Pre Delay, and you'll conjure a subtle echo, perfect for thickening up lead lines. Select the Special setting, and your signal will chime and shimmer like you wouldn't believe. With three switches and four knobs onboard, the Marine Layer can channel nearly any reverb sound under the sun.
Complete with a Dry Kill switch for optimized use with your amp's effects loop, the Fender Marine Layer is an excellent reverb pedal for just about any live performance situation.
