A one-piece Medium-Roast AAA Birdseye Maple neck may even rival the guitar’s body for most striking looks. Thankfully, this guitar is just as incredible to the ears and hands as it is to the eyes. Its two hand-wound Custom Shop '58 single-coil pickups deliver vintage authenticity with regards to tone, with the twang that made the Telecaster what it is today. The Maple fingerboard plays like butter, and gives a solid in-hand feel thanks to a 9.5”-12” compound fingerboard radius for easy upper-register bends and equally exceptional feel for chords as it rounds up to the headstock. With an absolutely remarkable combination of playability, aesthetics, and that unmistakable Tele tone, the Artisan Spalted Maple Telecaster is one of the finest guitars of its kind.
