Description
Fender Custom Shop's 1972 Telecaster Deluxe Journeyman Relic features the hallmarks of a first-year Tele Deluxe, plus a tastefully-aged aesthetic. A large Strat-style headstock, hardtail bridge, and humbucking pickups all contribute to this Tele Deluxe's vintage authenticity. This Journeyman Relic features all the nicks, dings, dents, and scratches you would expect to see on an original '72 Telecaster Deluxe, but is tastefully applied and never gets in the way, giving it a storied look and the playability of a brand new instrument. You'll love the '66 Strat "Oval C" neck profile as well - navigating the 9.5" radius maple fingerboard is an absolute breeze. And thanks to its pair of Fender Wide Range humbucking pickups, you can cover a ton of tonal ground with this Tele (hence the name). You won't wasnt to put down this Telecaster once you pick it up - it's one of the finest Tele Deluxes that has come through the shop!
