Built with a 1-1/2” thick mahogany core, this distinctive guitar features a gorgeous ½” arched AAA flame maple top in Vintage Burst and aged black and white binding. The mahogany set neck, a first on any Wolfgang model, has a ‘50s-era profile for the classic and comfortable full-in-hand feel. Two direct-mount Wolfgang zebra humbuckers give this axe a ton of tone and power, which are perfectly controlled by a 3-way switch and 2x2 volume and tone knobs. Two Bourns 500k low-friction volume pots and two Bourns 250k high-friction tone pots extend the electronic integrity and further the accuracy of control. To top it all off, EVH has included dual graphite neck reinforcement rods, a bone nut, an extended contoured cutaway, truss rod adjustment at the butt end of the neck, and a TonePros adjustable Tune-o-matic-style bridge for excellent intonation.
