Description: Epiphone Les Paul Custom Black Beauty Electric Guitar
Condition: Very good overall! Various surface scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the finish. Bridge and pickup covers have some blemishing. Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them. Neck is very straight and truss rod functions fine. Some solder work has been done but all electronics and parts are in good working condition.
Body: Solid mahogany with craved mahogany top in Ebony finish. Stop-Bar Tailpiece, Tune-O-Matic bridge, speed control knobs and a 4-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Mahogany Slim Taper “D” profile neck with rosewood fingerboard pearloid block inlays and a 1.68” nut. Gold tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Epiphone humbuckers in the neck, middle and bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
Weight: 9lbs, 2.5oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a great sounding guitar with highly useable tones in all the pickup settings. The combination of front and back pickups with the middle pickup results in some very vocal-like tones. The neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
