EarthQuaker Devices' Hoof Reaper Dual Fuzz V2 combines two of their fan-favorite fuzz effects, the Hoof and the Tone Reaper, with an old school analog octave-up all in one sleek stompbox. Based on a green Russian muff, the Hoof is capable of adding massive, sustaining fuzz, or warm, gritty overdrive to your signal. Equipped with a shift control that can scoop or enhance mids, the Hoof has lots of tone shaping possibilities. The Tone Reaper is a vintage style fuzz that looks to the legendary sounds of Tone Bender fuzz effects, covering the sonic spectrum from thin and biting to rich and growling. With the addition of the monophonic octave-up, the Hoof Reaper Dual Fuzz V2 adds the option for screaming synthetic octave leads. It also features a Flexi-Switch that allows for either standard latching operation or momentary octave bursts while you hold down the effect. Packed into a 4.75" x 5.65" x 2.25" enclosure, the EarthQuaker Devices Hoof Reaper Dual Fuzz V2 offers three spectacular effects while only taking up a fraction of the space.
