The Belle Epoch Deluxe has everything musicians need to create stunning delay effects, including six echo presets. Once you find a preset you love, you can adjust the sound of the echo using the Echo Volume, Sustain, and Delay knobs, which can be fine-tuned to deliver everything from subtle staggers to cavernous, endless delays. Players can also add modulation and change how hard the "virtual tape" is being hit using the Depth and Record Level knobs.
A toggle switch on the front panel lets musicians change the functionality of the expression jack. Flip it to the right, and the expression pedal will manipulate the delay time. Move it to the left, and it can do anything from increasing the rotary speed to adjusting the playback volume, depending on which echo preset is selected.
For superior versatility, the Belle Epoch Deluxe has two footswitches, one that activates momentary runaway repeats, and one that engages either a true bypass or a buffer, depending on the setting of the internal slider.
