The modern C-shaped neck is wildly comfortable, and the solid Indian Rosewood construction in tandem with the tinted Sitka Spruce top provides a huge and well-balanced sound. The modern Fishman Aura + preamp offers a perfect blend of old and new, and provides a fantastic amplified sound. This particular appears to have been very sparsely played, and is in terrific overall shape. Cosmetic condition: Terrific overall shape, with some light marks and scratches from handling, as well as some nominal pickwear on the guard.
Body: Double bound Indian Rosewood back and sides with tinted Sitka Spruce top. Ebony bridge with red inlaid white bridge pins. Multi-ring ivoroid rosette, herringbone purfling, and tortoise pickguard.
Weight: 4 lb, 13 oz
Neck: C-shaped solid mahogany neck with aged white side dots and pearl slotted square inlays. 1 3/4" nut width, 25.4” scale length. Classic Dovetailed neck joint. Rosewood headstock overlay with gold Martin logo. Open gear Grover tuners with butterbean tuning buttons. Ebony fingerboard is in terrific shape and frets show no wear. Neck is straight and truss rod works great.
