Description

What makes this guitar special: Super simple from head to toe and endlessly playable to boot, this LTD is a solid axe all-around. The satin finish not only gives this guitar a distinct look, but also helps to create exceptional playability. The finish on the neck provides a great low-friction surface to move around, allowing it to be faster than most, akin to a wax-blend finish, which is furthered by its asymmetrical profile that fits perfectly in-hand. The active EMG pickups have a ton of power, with a massively chunky response in the neck and crisp, hot bite in the bridge. In addition, it’s in fantastic shape for a used guitar and also comes with a hardshell case.

Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows only light surface scratches and a minor ding here or there, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used guitar. The frets show almost no wear whatsoever and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.

Body: Single cutaway contoured mahogany body in Black Satin finish. LTD fixed bridge with adjustable saddles. Black satin knurled dome control knobs. Lightly-contoured neck heel.

Neck: Slim asymmetrical satin-finish maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with white side dots. 22 XJ frets. Black satin Grover mini kidney bean tuning machines. 1 11/16” nut width. 25.5” scale length.

Electronics: Active EMG pickups, EMG 60 in the neck and EMG 81 in the bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way pickup selector.

Weight: 7 lbs 11.3 oz

Playability/Sound: Between the satin finish and asymmetrical shape, the neck on this guitar moves effortlessly even up into the cutaway. The EMGs are chunky and hot in both positions with a bit more low end and body in the neck and extra bite in the bridge.

Case: Includes hardshell case.
