Description
What makes this guitar special? This is a great playing John Mayer Strat that may be becoming a bit more rare with Mayer’s recent split from Fender. The pickups in this guitar are the real highlight, as they embody the classic character of Stratocaster tone, yet have a slightly scooped midrange that gives them enough of their own identity to be a welcome separation from the originals. The custom C neck is marvelously similar to a modern C, and will be an easy transition for most players. With a timeless 3 Tone Sunburst finish, tortoiseshell pickguard, and rosewood board, this is the perfect hybrid of traditional look and modern spec.
Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. It does have various scratches and a few light dings here and there but largely remains clean and still looks and plays great.
