What makes this guitar special? This is a super hot Strat with as much attitude in look as it does in tone. The combination of Metallic Red finish and black guard give this Stratocaster a look like a classic hot rod, an appropriate color choice for a guitar loaded with super hot pickups. The EMGs have a tone of crispy bite in the bridge, some meaty chomp in the neck, and a good amount of variance in between, all of which is far beyond the classic Strat tonal character, but still sound great in their own right. The neck is marvelously easy to play due to its easy C shape and will be comfy and familiar to many modern players. In addition, this guitar is very clean and has been given a great setup by our techs so it plays that much better.
Condition: This guitar is in very good condition if not better. Outside of small dings and dents and light surface scratches from being played, this guitar shows little wear and still looks fantastic through and through. The frets show only light wear and still have nearly a lifetime of playing time left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod is functioning.
Body: Double cutaway contoured alder body in Metallic Red finish. 3-ply black pickguard. Synchronized tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles. Black top hat knobs and switch tip.
Neck: Modern C shape maple neck and maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width. Chrome locking tuning machines.
Electronics: EMG single-coil pickups. 1 x volume, 2 x tone controls. 5-way pickup selector.

Playability/Sound: The modern C shape is very easy to play and will be comfortable and familiar to a wide variety of players, especially Fender fanatics. The EMG single-coils are super hot and have a ton of crispy drive in the bridge with a bit more meat towards the neck.
