Description

What makes this guitar special? This is a fantastic and simple twist on the American Standard Precision Bass. It most prominently exhibits a gorgeous hand-stained ash body that provides a ton of natural resonance and sustain and looks absolutely awesome to boot under its light lacquer Mahogany Stain finish. The rosewood board shows similarly great figuring that is perfectly punctuated by white fret markers. Everything else about it is classic P-Bass, from the comfortable maple neck to its traditionally thumpy pickup and intuitive controls, making it a great selection for a player who wants a bit more visual intrigue with their all-around excellent bass.

Condition: This bass is in very good condition. It does possess various nicks, dings, dents, and scratches, as well as show some water damage that has washed away some of the finish near the back end (wood is not swollen, feels normal, and still retains structural integrity), but largely still remains very clean outside of that area. The electronics still work as they should. The frets show only light wear and still have a considerable amount of playing time left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.

Body: Hand-stained ash body in Mahogany Stain finish. 3-ply black pickguard. High-mass vintage bridge with individually adjustable saddles. Knurled chrome control knobs.

Neck: Medium round C shape maple neck and rosewood fingerboard white with dot inlays. 1 5/8” nut. Fender Deluxe-style half-open gear chrome tuning machines with clover keys.

Electronics: Fender Alnico V split-coil P-Bass pickup. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control.

Weight: 9 lbs 9.7 oz

Playability/Sound: Easy-playing and comfortable C shape neck. The alnico v split-coil pickup outputs a ton of classic P-Bass thump.

Case: Includes original hardshell case.
