Description
What makes this guitar special: Outside of looking ultimately classic, this is an all-around fantastic Telecaster in terms of both sound and playability. The neck is nice and chunky with a mixture of a boat and soft V shape, making it perfect for players who prefer a fuller in-hand feel. The Custom Shop pickups sound fantastic inherently, but with the addition of being able to run the pickups in series, as well as the S-1 switch, the tonal range is extended massively beyond a standard Telecaster. Plus, the body is super clean and our techs have given it a great setup to it plays that much better.
Condition: This Tele is in excellent condition overall. It shows only minor dings and light surface scratches, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used guitar. The frets show only light wear, if any, and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Single cutaway ash body in Blonde finish. Single-ply black pickguard. Chrome bent plate bridge with 3 threaded barrel saddles. Chrome knurled control knobs.
Neck: Mix of soft V and boat shaped maple neck and maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. Vintage-style tuning machines. 1.625” nut width. 25.5” scale.

Playability/Sound: The neck on this Tele is nice and chunky without being a full-on baseball bat. The pickups have all the classic Tele tones, but with the addition of the extra position that allows the pickups to be run in series, along with the S-1 switch, this is easily one of the most versatile Telecasters on the market.
