Description

What makes this guitar special? In true Buckethead fashion, this is a unique Les Paul with great tone and playability. The pickups sound great in all three positions and need only the 1x1 volume and tone controls to get everything dialed in. This guitar features two arcade game style push-button kill switches for easy access to on/off dead-stop output which makes for not only a lot of fun, but adds an extra element of control over this axe. Complete it its simple construction with a baked maple fingerboard for a bit of extra brightness and super stable locking tuners, this guitar is a complete package with Buckethead written all over it.

Condition: This guitar is in excellent shape overall. It does possess various light scratches, small dings and scuffs, but still looks fantastic. The frets show only light wear and still have a ton of life left in them. The headstock has aged slightly more than the rest of the guitar in terms of color. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.

Body: Single cutaway chambered mahogany body with a two-piece maple top in Satin White finish. Chrome tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. White speed knobs. Red switch tip and push button kill switches.

Neck: One-piece mahogany neck with custom .870” (nut) to .955” (12th fret) profile and baked maple fingerboard. 1 11/16” nut. Chrome Schaller locking tuning machines. 27” scale length.

Electronics: Coil-tapped 496R humbucker in the neck and 500T humbucker in the bridge. 1 x volume control, 1 x push/pull coil-splitting tone control, 2 x push-button kill-switches.

Weight: 8 lbs 9.6 oz

Playability/Sound: Even with a custom profile, this guitar plays like any super comfy Gibson neck and the satin finish further decreases friction. The pickups sound fantastic in all three positions and are easy to dial in with a simple 1x1 volume and tone control setup. The killswitches are fun additions to what is already a stellar guitar.

Case: Includes Gibson hardshell case.
