Description

What makes this guitar special? This is a fantastic playing Les Paul with great tone, a classic look, and added versatility. The slim ‘60s profile neck is an absolute breeze to move around and plays beautifully from the nut to the cutaway. The ’57 Classic and BurstBucker 3 pickups are classically chunky as they should be, but also come with coil-splitting controls that take the tone down to single-coil jangle, providing a much wider range of sounds than the standard HH configuration. The Ebony finish is simple, but with the cream appointments and gold knobs, give it an bit of a throwback look, perfect for players who like to make a larger statement with their playing than the guitar itself. In addition, our techs have given this guitar a fantastic setup so it plays great from head to toe.

Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. It does possess various small nicks, dings, dents, scratches, and other forms of normal wear, but still looks fantastic regardless. The frets show only light wear and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod is functioning.

Body: Single cutaway mahogany body with a carved maple top in Ebony. Tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. Single-ply cream binding, raised pickguard, pickup rings, and switch plate. Gold top hat knobs.

Neck: Slim ‘60s C shape mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays. 1 11/16” nut width. Chrome locking Grover tuning machines.

Electronics: ’57 Classic humbucker in the neck and BurstBucker 3 in the bridge. 2 x push/pull coil-split volume controls, 2 x tone controls. 3-way pickup selector.

Weight: 9 lbs 1.7 oz

Playability/Sound: The slim ‘60s neck is one of the easiest profiles to move around and plays equally well with chords as it does with leads. The pickups are rich and full as they should be, but with the addition of the coil-splitting controls, provide a healthy dose of solid single-coil tones as well.

Case: Includes original hardshell case.
