Cosmetic condition: Terrific overall shape! There are light surface scratches, dents, and dings present throughout, most of which are only visible under direct lighting. The top shows some visible pickwear, and the frets show nominal wear in the first position. For its age, this one is a cosmetic 9/10.
Body: Double bound rosewood body with solid spruce top in natural finish with abalone purfling and multi-ring abalone rosette. Black pickguard is in great shape with no lifting and shows some visible pickwear. Ebony bridge is inlaid with two abalone hexagons, and the ebony bridge pins sport abalone inlays as well. Lower bout width measures 15 1/2” across, with 4 5/8” depth. Upper bout width measures 11 1/2" across, with 4” depth. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.

Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with diamond volute and double bound ebony fingerboard with black side dots and abalone hexagon inlays. Bound headstock with mother-of-pearl Martin logo and gold Martin tuners with ebony buttons in perfect working order. 1 3/4” nut width, and 25.4” scale length. Neck is straight and plays great up and down the length of the fingerboard.
Electronics: Fishman Aura preamp system with under saddle pickup. 6-way image select with 3-band EQ, adjustable volume and blend, push-button phase, anti-feedback switch, and built in tuner. The whole electronics package!
