Description
Condition: The guitar is in very good condition. Various surface scratches, and a few tiny dings throughout the instrument. Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them. Neck is very straight and truss rod functions fine. This guitar includes two sets of electronics both of which are Tronical Robot Guitar systems with a single power adapter. The current installed system does not have a volume control and is not guaranteed to work. The other system includes tuners, tailpiece, bridge, volume control, input jack, a single pot and some wiring (See photos below). These have also not been tested and are not guaranteed to work. The guitar is being sold AS-IS.
Body: Solid mahogany body with maple top in Ebony finish, Tronical Tailpiece and bridge, speed control knobs and a single-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, pearloid trapezoid inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Tronical robot tuners and mechanism, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Gibson humbuckers in the neck and bridge with volume control, dual tone controls and a 3-way selector switch. Main volume and tuning control is not installed.
Weight: 8lbs, 8.0oz.
Playability/Sound: This guitar could potentially be made playable with the robotics or it could be re-wired as a regular Les Paul Studio. The guitar and humbuckers are a classic Gibson design that will sound phenomenal regardless.
