Description
What’s special about this bass: This is a phenomenal sounding bass with exceptionally comfortable playability. This bass is built with 60s specs including a nitrocellulose-lacquer finish which looks excellent. Everything to the finish, body contours and neck shape make this a stand-out bass and on top of all of that it is nice and light weight!
Condition: This bass is in great overall shape! It is part of Fender’s Road Worn Series and as such it has been given an aged look with plenty of scratches, nicks, dings, dents, chips, weather checking and plenty of areas in the finish worn through to the bare wood. Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with super comfortable action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured alder body with nitrocellulose-lacquer finish in three-tone sunburst. Top-load bridge with four individual saddles. Black control knobs on a metal control panel and a 4-ply tortoise pickguard. Pickup and bridge covers are not included.
Neck: Super comfortable slender maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. White dot inlays and a 1.5” nut. Open-gear nickel tuners. 34” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Single-Coil pickups in the neck and bridge with dual volume controls and a master tone control.
Neck: 11.98K Ohms.
