What makes this guitar special: This gorgeous, custom made Martin came out of the Marty J Rosenblum private collection. Marty, known by many as the Holy Ranger, had an exceptional collection of guitars & this beautiful 12-string is definitely one of the gems. It's in marvelous playing condition & has been professionally set up by us with fresh strings & low action. The guitar delivers rich, clear, bell-like tones with beautiful resonance & sustain.
Cosmetic Condition: Superb condition - very clean & like new. There are some light surface scratches on the body & some pick scratches on the guard. Aside from these, the guitar is exceptionally clean & in great shape.
Neck: Wide mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. The initials MJR were custom fitted into the 19th fret. Martin chrome tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 13/16" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition.
Body: OOO-size body with solid spruce top & 6-ply binding. Rosewood bridge with cream end pins. Tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Solid Indian rosewood back & sides with 3-ply bound back. 15 1/4" lower bout width; 11 1/2" upper bout width; 4" depth. Standard, non-scalloped bracing with dovetail neck joint. No pickup.
