What makes this guitar special: 100% original & in super clean condition, but what really makes the guitar special is the factory Bigsby, which these typically didn't come with. We checked with Gibson & their records show this serial number did indeed leave the factory with a Bigsby on it. The triple humbuckers sound amazing & the silky smooth neck plays like a dream up & down the fretboard. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds amazing!
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition - very clean with only mild surface scratches.
Neck: Peter Frampton custom slim neck profile, one-piece mahogany with white binding & black side-dots. Richlite fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays & Frampton's signature in the 12th fret. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Bound headstock with mother of pearl split diamond inlays. Grover Rotomatic tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Weight-relieved mahogany body with carved maple top & multiple binding. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with gold hardware. There is no pickguard or screw holes for a pickguard. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 3.8 oz.
Electronics: '57 Classic (neck), '57 Classic Plus (middle), and 500T (bridge), humbuckers with exposed coils & cream bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with gold speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with Certificate of Authenticity.
