Description
What makes this guitar special: A barebones, no-nonsense LP with all the grit and punch of its more expensive counterparts, in a lightly appointed, great sounding package. This piece shows all the right player’s wear, and is well-loved, but not abused. It plays beautifully up and down the neck, with smooth action and comfortable finesse. It comes professionally setup by our in-house luthier-so it plays and sounds terrific!
Cosmetic condition: Good condition, with all the right wear for a player’s piece. Various scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, and pickwear, with some buckle rash and finish wear on the back of the body. The finish on the back of the neck has worn down, making movement up and down very smooth.
Body: Solid mahogany body with chrome tune-o-matic bridge and chrome stopbar tailpiece. The top shows signs of pickwear, with some wood wear above and below the strings.
Weight: 8lb, 1oz
Neck: Medium profile mahogany neck with aged white side dots and mother-of-pearl trapezoidal inlays. Rosewood fingerboard is in stellar shape, and showcases plenty of lovely variegation. Frets are in great shape too, with some minor wear, but a ton of life left in them. Headstock sports a gold Gibson logo and vintage-style Gibson Deluxe tuners in full working order. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.
Electronics: Dual Gibson humbuckers with 3-way black tipped pickup selector switch and black speed knobs, 2x tone, 2x volume.
Case: SKB hard shell case included.
