What makes this guitar special: A now discontinued model with this particular one being from the last year of production, 2005. An absolutely fabulous Supernova with super cool appointments, including the Union Jack finish & a fitted with a pair of great sounding Alnico V Epi '57 classic pickups. Professionally set up & ready for action upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall & very clean with mild surface scratches. The original tuners were replaced with locking Schallers & as a result there's a small chip in the back of the headstock just below the D tuner. Aside from that the guitar looks great!
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl double parallelogram inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Unoriginal Sperzel locking tuners are in perfect working condition. The original tuners are not included with the guitar. 1 5/8" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Stopbar tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge & chrome hardware. Pearloid pickguard with Noel Gallagher signature & "E" emblem. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 4 oz.
Electronics: Epiphone Alnico V '57 Classic humbuckers with black bezels. Bridge - 8.71K ohms; Neck - 8.45K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Epiphone hardshell case included.
