What makes this guitar special: This near-mint condition piece has been factory upgraded to provide a stunning visual aesthetic, with beautifully variegated quilted maple throughout the back and sides. It provides a crisp sound with tons of high and mid-range punch as well as a smooth and well-accented low end. It is also remarkably comfortable to play up and down the length of the ebony fingerboard. This guitar has been case kept and is in virtually brand new condition. As with all our guitars, it comes with a luthier setup included.
Cosmetic condition: Near mint condition-no visible wear to speak of, save for some very light pickwear on the guard.
Body: Double bound quilted maple back and sides with solid spruce top in natural finish. Ebony bridge with abalone inlaid ebony bridge pins, 3-ring white/abalone rosette, and tortoise pickguard. Lower bout width measures 15 3/4" with 4 1/4" depth, and upper bout width measures 11 1/2" with 3 7/8” depth.
Weight: 4lb, 13oz
Neck: Hard rock maple neck with double bound ebony fingerboard, black side dots, and pearloid leaf inlays. Frets are in fantastic shape and show no wear. Headstock sports a bound rosewood overlay and gold-sealed Taylor tuners, in perfect working condition. 1 3/4” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.
Electronics: Taylor Expression System with adjustable bass, treble, and volume.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
