Description
Condition: This is a nice player’s grade Les Paul. There has been some repaired structural damage to the top of the guitar. The guitar suffered a couple of large cracks on the top going from the neck heel, through the bass side, through the pickup cavity and ending on the treble side. The damage has been repaired and is structurally solid. There is another crack within the main one on the bass side right next to the fingerboard. All of the cracks have been repaired and are now a cosmetic issue. See photos for damage. There are heavy nicks, dings, dents, chips and scratches throughout the entire instrument. There are several large dings on the lower portion of the top and in between the pickups. There are several large dings and chips on the back and along the edge of the back. There are heavy scratches, scuffs and some buckle rash on the back also. The plastic input jack plate has some cracks around the screw holes and the strap buttons have been replaced. There is some blemishing on the metal parts. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. The neck has a slight bit of relief in the bass side but is overall very straight and very comfortable to play. The truss rod functions fine. Tuners are unoriginal and some marks and partial screw holes are visible from the originals. Some solder work has been done and at least two of the pots have been replaced. Two are Gibson pots, one is a DiMarzio and the last may be a CTS. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
