What makes this guitar special: A super clean Korean made Sheraton, with outstanding playability, and a fantastic fit & finish that far exceeds that of the current models made in China. Cosmetically, it features all the appointments Sheratons are famous for-numerous pearl inlays and gold hardware, with a multi-bound body and tortoise pickguard. Beyond the normal appointments, this particular guitar features a very striking grain pattern with tons of character and variegation-a very unusual find! It’s been professionally inspected and setup by our expert in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Excellent shape! This piece shows almost no wear at all, with just some light surface scratches, nicks, and scuffs, most of which are visible only under direct lighting. The pickguard shows some light pickwear, and there is some mild tarnishing on the hardware.
Body: Double bound maple body in natural finish with dual bound f-holes. Gold Tune-O-Matic bridge and gold stopbar tailpiece. Bound translucent tortoise pickguard and black pickup bezels.
Weight: 8 lb, 9.1 oz
Neck: D-shaped 3-piece maple neck with black side dots and multi-bound rosewood fingerboard. Pearl block inlays with inset abalone triangles. Bound headstock with black overlay and pearloid Epiphone and Tree of Life logos. Gold tuners work great. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Electronics: Dual Epiphone 57CH humbuckers (Neck-8.32k ohms, Bridge-8.58k ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and vintage style tophat knobs, 2x tone, 2x volume.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
