What makes this guitar special: A very cool acoustic / electric model that was discontinued back in '06. Very dynamic with superb tonal response. A solid, well-made guitar that's tons of fun to play & hard to put down. Professionally set up by us with fresh strings & low action.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips & dings - mostly in the top & body. Quite a bit of weather checking in the top & some finish discoloration also in the top - lower bout, bass side where the player's arm would rest. There are no cracks, breaks or repairs. The guitar plays & sounds marvelous.
Neck: Nicely rounded, medium profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl star inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Chet Atkins signature on the truss rod cover. Gold Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, chambered mahogany body with multi-bound spruce top. Ebony bridge with mother of pearl star inlays & black end pins with abalone inlays. No pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 3.6 oz.
Pickup: Active bridge transducer pickup with master volume, bass & treble control wheels mounted on the side. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
