Description
What Makes This Guitar Special: A thick curly flame maple top isn't something you see everyday on a Stratocaster. With abalone dot inlays, locking tuners, S-1 switching system, and a micro tilt adjustable neck, this guitar plays and sounds as good as it looks. A thorough set-up by the experts at Cream City Music ensures the guitar will arrive to you with fresh strings and low action right out of the box.
Cosmetic Condition: A wonderfully clean guitar overall. There is a tiny bit of buckle rash on the back of the body and just a few very small chips that do little to convince you you're looking at an 18 year old instrument.
Neck: Modern "C" shape maple neck with "skunk stripe", locking tuning machines in perfect working order, 22 fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays, and white side dot markers. 1 11/16" nut width, 25.5" scale length. The frets have very little wear and lots of life left in them. The truss rod has been tested and works perfectly.
Body: Contoured solid ash body with a curly maple top. Chrome tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles, 3-ply pickguard and rear trem cover. Guitar weighs 8lbs 10.9oz.
Electronics: A trio of single coil pickups read 10.34K ohms at the neck, 10.29K ohms in the middle position, and 9.60K ohms at the bridge. Five way selector switch, two tone controls, and a master volume knob featuring Fender's S-1 switching system that opens up tones never heard on Strats before. All electronics have been tested and are working flawlessly.
Case: Tweed hardshell case included.
