Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a beautiful sounding, great playing 1997 Gibson Les Paul Double Cutaway Studio. This model features a chambered body, killer sounding Gibson humbuckers, wrap-around Stopbar tailpiece and a super comfortable 59 rounded profile neck. The chambered body really allows the sound to open up nicely without sacrificing sustain and also makes the guitar fairly lightweight and very comfortable to play.
Condition: Very good shape overall! There are various surface scratches and small nicks and dings throughout the guitar with several larger finish chips along the edge on top (see photos). There is some weather checking on the cutaway contour but this is the only area of the finish with weather checking. The fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable with great action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
