Description

What makes this guitar special:  Made for only about a ten-year period between '96 & '06, this cool semi-hollow is second-year production & offers some really neat features, including noise reduction circuitry which employs a dummy coil & Varitone circuit.  Professionally set up by the experts at Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds fantastic!

Cosmetic Condition:  Good honest play wear for a nearly 20-year old guitar - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear.  Overall the guitar has a great look to it & everything is in perfect working condition.

Neck:  Soft V-shaped mahogany neck with cream side-dots.  Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl diamond inlays.  Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear.  Gibson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition.  1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length.  Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition.

Body:  Contoured, semi-hollow with dual F-holes.  Poplar body with a flat top maple cap & cream binding.  String-thru bridge with adjustable saddles.  Guitar weighs 6 lbs 10.7 oz.

Electronics:  Blues 90 pickups (superficially resembling a P-90 pickup, but structurally more like a noise canceling Fender pickup) with 3-way blade selector & 6-way rotary Varitone control switch.  Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs.  Noise reduction circuitry which employs a dummy coil.  Push/pull tone pot.  Varitone circuit is a mid-cut/band-stop filter with a choice of five center frequencies.  All electronics are in perfect working condition.

Case:  Epiphone hardshell case included.
