This gorgeous guitar features an ultra comfortable V-shape neck, spruce & maple body in a classic vintage sunburst finish. Rich, shimmering tones with marvelous sustain & sound projection. Professionally gone over by our own master luthier & set up to play perfectly.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with mild wear - various minor nicks & dings; surface scratches & light weather checking.
Neck: V-shaped maple neck with some light flame figuring. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl crown inlays & cream side-dots. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear & tons of life in them. Gold Grover Mini tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 7/8" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition.
Body: Double-bound, small body jumbo. Solid spruce top with 3-ply binding. Mustache rosewood bridge & end pins with mother of pearl inlays. Tortoise pickguard with floral motif & multi-ring rosette. Solid maple back & sides with 3-ply binding & geometric center strip. 16" lower bout width; 11 1/2" upper bout width; 4 3/4" depth. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 9.9 oz.
Electronics: Active, under-saddle pickup powered by a single 9-volt battery. This is a simple pickup with no volume or tone controls.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with original Gibson paperwork.
