Description: 1994 Fender MIJ Foto Flame Stratocaster Electric Guitar Very Rare!
Condition: Very good overall. Various surface scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the finish. There is one larger crack in the top of the foto flame finish (see photos). Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and tons of life left in them. The pickups have been changed to Rio Grandes and the bridge pickup cover is un-original. Strap buttons have also been changed to locking buttons. Pots and all other parts are original. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured basswood body with sunburst Foto Flame finish on the top and back. Vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge, off-white skirted control knobs and a 3-ply mint green pickguard.
Neck: Slim maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, white dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Vintage style nickel tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Rio Grande single-coil pickups in the neck middle and bridge with master volume control, dual tone controls and a 5-way selector switch.
Neck: 7.03K Ohms,
Middle: 7.05K Ohms.
Bridge: 8.03K Ohms.
Weight: 8lbs, 3.5oz.
Playability/Sound: The Rio Grande pickups bring a great sound to this rare and classic Fender guitar. They really do nail the classic vintage Fender sound. This is a great example of the Foto Flame Strat with a great looking rich flame maple sunburst finish. The slim neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
