Description

A 1993 Marshall Model 1959SLP Super Lead Reissue in player-grade condition. The original Plexi reissue, these 1993 models are considered to be the best-sounding of all the Super Lead Reissue amps. This one has been well-used multiple tolex blemishes. It has also been converted from the original 5881 output tubes the much more Marshall-friendly EL34s. The amp has just been serviced and re-tubed with a brand new quad of JJ EL34s. For crunchy rock tones, a cranked Super Lead is hard to beat, and this reissue does not dissapoint. If you can handle the decible level when the amp is turned up to its sweet spot, this Marshall is really a joy to play. This amp been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds awesome.
