Description
Description: 1992 Gibson J-30 Acoustic Dreadnought Guitar
Condition: Very good! Various light surface scratches and a few tiny dings throughout the finish with some pick scratches on the pickguard. There is one small repaired crack on the back by the upper bass side bout (see photos). It has been glued and is holding together perfectly. Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them. All parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Double-bound square shouldered body with spruce top and mahogany back and sides in natural finish. Rosewood bridge, tortoise pickguard and multiple inlaid rings around the sound hole.
Neck: Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays and a 1 ¾” nut. Gibson Deluxe tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Playability/Sound: This guitar has a gorgeous, warm “woody” tone. The body produces very nice volume and resonance with even response from the lows, mids and highs. The neck is extremely comfortable and makes playability easy.
Case: Includes hardshell case.
