Description
What makes this guitar special: Outside of being a fantastic example of a 25-year-old Les Paul studio, the pickups alone are worth picking this one up. The neck is incredibly full, while still possessing a rich mid-range and top end clarity that few rhythm position humbuckers can manage. The bridge position has a bit more body than most, and yet still has classic crisp response that makes for not only great tonal variance between the two, but also great inherent tone on its own. Overall, it plays great between the comfortable and familiar neck to the great setup that our techs have given it. The 3-ply pickguard adds a bit of an extra sharp look that both complements the black speed knobs and stands as an aesthetic step up from the standard single-ply. On the whole, it’s still in fantastic shape for a guitar of its age and plays and sounds even better than it looks.
Condition: This Les Paul is in very good condition overall. It does have various nicks, dings, dents, chips, and scratches, but still remains in great shape for a guitar that’s 25 years old. The frets show only light wear and still have a considerable amount of playing time left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.

Playability/Sound: The neck on this guitar plays as easy as any with a comfortable and familiar C shape that a wide variety of players will know. The pickups sound absolutely fantastic. The neck still has a big response, but also possesses a bit more clarity and articulation than the average neck humbucker. The bridge is equally as nice, with a bit more body and a excellent crisp response that sounds equally good with chords as it does leads.
