What makes this guitar special: In addition to the rather uncommon Violet finish, this sweet Tele has been fitted with an after-market Joe Glaser B-Bender. Very resonant & professionally set up by the experts at Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds marvelous!
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused with some minor play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some mild finish wear.
Neck: Maple neck with dark rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Fender sealed tuners are in perfect working condition. The low E tuner was changed to a Schaller & is also fitted with a drop D lever. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition. Neck date stamp reads MAR 15 1990.
Body: Solid alder body in Violet finish. A treble clef emblem was glued to the body quite some time ago. String-thru bridge with modern adjustable saddles. B-Bender installed by Joe Glaser. 3-ply parchment pickguard. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 4.8 oz.
Pickups: Standard Fender Tele single coil neck pickup & Seymour Duncan bridge pickup. Bridge - 6.31K ohms; Neck - 7.25K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs; 3-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
