Cosmetic Condition: What a clean guitar. The high gloss black finish still shines bright, there is hardly a blemish to speak of anywhere on the instrument, and you may find it nearly impossible to believe you're looking at a 29 year old guitar!
Neck: V-shape maple neck with 22 fret maple fingerboard, black dot inlays, black side dot markers. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Vintage style tuning machines in perfect working condition. The truss rod has been tested and performs flawlessly. 1 5/8" nut width, 25.5" scale length. Neck is straight & plays great up & down the fretboard.
Body: Contoured solid alder body features a blocked tremolo bridge, single ply white pickguard and rear trem cover, and weighs 7lbs 7.8oz.
Electronics: The neck pickup is non-original but is a correct match to the original middle and bridge position Lace Sensors. The pickups read 5.81K ohms at the neck, 5.65K ohms in the middle position, and 5.72K ohms at the bridge. Five way pickup selector switch, master volume, and two tone controls. The center tone knob is utilized to engage the onboard 15db active preamp boost that is the hallmark of the Clapton series guitars. All electronics have been tested and work perfectly.
