Description

What makes this guitar special: This is a great players’ Les Paul with excellent tone and a unique color. The finish is one of the most immediately noticeable aspects, as it has a good amount of color depth, especially since the natural aging it has gone through has changed some portions into a rich green. The pickups are easily the highlight overall though, as they have a big and full response across the board with more warmth and low end chunk in the neck and chime and articulation in the bridge. It does show various love marks throughout, but that just generally means it was played often and still pretty well taken care of.

Condition: This Les Paul is in good condition overall, if not better. It does have various nicks, dings, dents, chips, gauges, scuffs, scratches, and other forms of wear and aging like areas of finish discoloration, but still looks pretty good for its age and still sounds and plays great. The frets show mild wear but still have a considerable amount of playing time left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.

Body: Single cutaway mahogany body with a maple top in Blue finish. Tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. Raised single-ply black pickguard. Black speed knobs.

Neck: Slim to medium depth C shape mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width. Replaced black Grover tuning machines. 24.75” scale.

Electronics: Gibson patent number humbuckers in the neck and bridge. 2 x tone, 2 x volume controls. 3-way pickup selector.

Neck: 7.49k Ohms

Bridge: 7.35k Ohms

Weight: 9 lbs 13.5 oz

Playability/Sound: The neck on this Les Paul plays as easy as any and will be familiar to a wide variety of players. The patent number pickups sound huge and have the traditional character of full and warm in the neck and crisp and articulate in the bridge with a bit of extra chime.

Case: Includes original hardshell case.
