Description
Condition: Good overall condition. Various scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the finish. There is a name scratched into the back by hand that has been scratched out (see photos). Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. Neck is very straight and truss rod functions fine. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid alder body with off-set “V” cut in the bottom. Corvus is the Latin word for “crow” and the guitar was designed to somewhat resemble a crow in flight when turned sideways. Fixed high-mass bridge with six individual saddles, skirted control knobs with silver inserts and a single-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Bolt-on slender maple neck with Ebony fingerboard, abalone dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Nickel tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Humbuckers in the neck and bridge with dual volume controls, master tone control and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 8.03K Ohms.
Bridge: 8.74K Ohms.
Weight: 6lbs, 11.0oz.
Playability/Sound: The pickups on the Corvus provide excellent output and clarity. They clean up very well but are designed for searing lead tones and provide this exceptionally well. The neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
Case: Includes original hardshell case. The handle has been repaired and works fine.
