Description
Condition: This guitar is in overall great shape for its age! It has only some minor wear; various scratches and small nicks and dings throughout the finish. Fingerboard and frets have only light play wear. The neck is mostly straight and the truss rod and neck tilt adjustment function fine. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition. This guitar is part of a large collection we acquired recently. It has been set up with nice, low action so it plays great!
Body: Solid contoured body in Candy Apple Red finish. Top-load Freeflyte vibrato bridge with six individual saddles and a trem arm. Aged white skirted control knobs and pickup covers and a single-ply white pickguard.
Neck: Slender maple neck with skunk stripe down the back and a neck tilt adjustment. Rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Sealed Fender tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single-Coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge with master volume and tone controls and a 5-way selector switch.
Neck: 5.84K Ohms.
Middle: 6.06K Ohms.
Bridge: 5.77K Ohms.
Weight: 8lbs, 1.0oz.
Playability/Sound: The pickups on this guitar offer a classic Strat tone and sound very full and warm. The design of the layout is unique to this period of the 80s and offers a straightforward and simple control layout for dialing in a great sound quickly.
