What’s special about this guitar: This is a 1983 Ibanes Destroyer with a gorgeous flame maple finish, powerful pickups and an insanely comfortable neck. The body is also contoured for comfort and is overall fairly light-weight! This guitar is sure to turn heads while being a dependable player.
Condition: Very good overall shape, especially for the guitar’s age! There are various scratches, nicks, dings, dents and chips throughout the guitar along with a few larger chips and some buckle rash on the back. The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with only light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is super comfortable with great action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body with a bound flame maple top in sunburst finish. Wrap-around tailpiece/bridge with 6 individual saddles and three control knobs with rubber grips.
Neck: Super comfortable and nicely rounded slender neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid block inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Bound headstock with sealed tuners and a 24.75” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Ibanez Super 58 humbucker in the neck and a DiMarzio X2N Power Plus humbucker in the bridge. Dual volume controls, master tone control and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 7.19K Ohms.
Bridge: 12.88K Ohms.
