Cosmetic Condition: Lots of chips & finish wear on the body along with weather checking. The neck is pretty clean with some light wear & minor pitting in the fingerboard. The headstock shows some finish chips along the edges. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Slender, C-shape profile neck with skunk stripe & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Sealed Fender tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition. Neck dates to 1982.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body with gold hardware. Fender USA tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles & original trem arm. 3-ply white pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. The trem cover on the back, however, does have two of its corners chipped off. Serial number in the neck pocket matches the serial number on the headstock. Guitar weighs 10.45 lbs.
Pickups: Original Strat single coils. Bridge - 7.35K ohms; Middle - 11.32; Neck - 12.59K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with 2-way rotary knob & 5-way selector switch. Pots date to '81 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Fender tweed hardshell case included. The case is a bit rough on the outside with tears in the tolex.
