Cosmetic Condition: Very cool, American made vintage reissue based on a '52 Blackguard Tele. Finished in that classic butterscotch blonde, the guitar feels & plays amazing. There are some minor finish nicks & chips; small dents & dings along with surface scratches & mild weather checking. The guitar has been professionally set up by us with a fresh set of stings & low action. Very resonant with that superb Tele tone!
Neck: V-shaped maple neck with black dot inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have tons of life in them. Vintage style tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid ash body with single-ply black pickguard. String-thru bridge with three adjustable barrel saddles & bridge cover. Guitar weighs 8 1/4 lbs.
Pickups: The original pickups were replaced with brand new Fender Vintage Tele Reissue single coils. Bridge - 7.21K ohms; Neck - 7.33K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with knurled dome knobs & 3-way selector switch. The volume pot dates to '83 & the tone pot is newer. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
