What’s special about this guitar: This is a great playing 1980s Fender The Strat Electric Guitar. This guitar features the iconic candy apple red finish with matching headstock and all gold hardware. The neck on this one is nice and slender and ridiculously comfortable! It instantly feels comfortable and makes playability effortless. The pickups sound exceptional with plenty of output! While the guitar does show some play wear including a few large dings and dents, it’s in overall good shape for its age!
Condition: Very good shape overall! There are various surface scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the instrument. There are some larger dings and dents mostly along the bottom edge of the guitar. The fingerboard and frets are in very good shape with moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. The neck is super comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body in candy apple red finish. Hard-tail bridge with six individual saddles. Gold control knobs with “F” logo on the top, gold selector switch tip and a 3-ply white pickguard.
Neck: Slender maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. White dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Dual gold string trees and sealed gold tuners on a candy apple red headstock. 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single-coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge with master volume control, dual tone controls and a 5-way selector switch.
Neck: 6.29K Ohms.
Middle: 5.55K Ohms.
Bridge: 17.42K Ohms.
