What makes this bass special: 100% original & a great player with an ultra cool vintage vibe. These are really fun basses & very popular with guitarists due to their short scale & ease of play. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action.
Cosmetic Condition: The white finish has aged into a cream color & shows lots of heavy weather checking. An unoriginal finger-rest was previously glued to the pickguard & some residue was left behind. Overall the bass has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, semi-chunky maple neck with black side-dots. Beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Headstock decals are also in great shape with no bits missing. Fender nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Offset solid body finished in Olympic White. Top-loading bridge with double "barrel" saddles. 3-ply black pickguard with thumb-rest. Bass weighs 9 lbs 7.5 oz.
Electronics: Original single coil pickup - 5.60K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with black skirted knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage hardshell case included.
