Description

What makes this guitar special? This is an awesome vintage Rickenbacker 330 that plays great and sounds even better. Even with the wear and tear on the refinished body, the Blue looks outstanding and is perfectly complemented by white, black, and its rosewood fingerboard. The toaster pickups sound fantastic in all three positions and output a boat load of classic Rickenbacker vibe, plus include extensive yet intuitive controls to get everything dialed in right. The body is resonant, the neck is extremely comfortable and at the end of the day, this is a late ‘60s 330 for around half of what an original finished version calls for.

Condition: This guitar is in good condition overall. It does possess various nicks, dings, dents, scratches, scuffs and finish wear, but still has its vintage charm. The body and matching headstock have been completely refinished in Metallic Blue which has shifted around in a few spots. The neck has been oversprayed but still maintains its original Mapleglo color. The neck pickup has been rewound and the finish is peeling on the fingerboard. Functioning truss rod/s.

Body: Double cutaway semi-hollow maple body refinished in Metallic Blue. Tune-o-matic bridge with cover and R style trapeze tailpiece. Wedge-shaped soundhole. Bi-level white pickguard.

Neck: Medium round through-body maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays. Vintage-style Kluson Deluxe tuning machines. 1 5/8” nut.

Electronics: Toaster single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge. 2 x volume, 2 x tone, 1 x mix control. 3-way pickup selector.

Neck: 7.96k Ohms

Bridge: 8.00k Ohms

Weight: 7.4 lbs

Playability/Sound: The smaller neck on this guitar is very easy to move around and will likely suit players with smaller hands extremely well. The toaster pickups have an absolute ton of vintage vibe and sound fantastic in all three positions.

Case: Includes original hardshell case.
